Commercial Roof Installation Expertise at Your Service

All foremen, superintendents, project managers, and crew members are highly vetted and trained to proficiently apply effective quality controls throughout all aspects of a project’s lifecycle. Our crews perform tests, probe materials, inspect worksites, and utilize checklists to deliver success.

Brazos Commercial Roofing specializes in a wide variety of single-ply and multi-ply commercial and industrial roofing systems built to protect your property for decades to come.

We’re veteran-owned and operated, licensed, insured, manufacturer-certified, and proud members of the National Roofing Contractors Association as well as the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Our low-slope roofing systems include:

Built-Up Roofing (BUR) Membrane

A built-up roofing system is installed by alternating layers of bitumen and reinforced fabric. Property managers can choose three, four, or five-ply roofs to meet their needs and budgets. The last layer is rock or stone, this layer protects the underlying layers from UV rays, extreme heat or cold, and wind damage.

Standing Seam Metal Roofing

Standing seam metal roofing is a concealed fastener roofing system that features vertical or trapezoidal legs with a flat space in between. This metal roofing system is one of the most durable and weather-tight roof systems available in the industry.

Garden & Green Roofs

A green roof or living roof is a roof of a building that is partially or completely covered with vegetation and a growing medium, planted over a waterproofing membrane. It may also include additional layers such as a root barrier and drainage and irrigation systems.

Thermoplastic PVC Membrane

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) roofing is a single-ply roofing membrane that has been used on flat roofs, besides low-sloped roofs, for more than 50 years. A PVC roof consists of two layers. Polyester is added between the layers to serve as support. These layers have additives that give the roofing material flexibility and other benefits.

Modified Bitumen SBS

Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) describes a family of synthetic rubber derived from styrene and butadiene. SBS is a thermoplastic elastomer that has excellent abrasion resistance and aging stability when blended with bitumen, making it the perfect bitumen modifier to achieve cold flexibility and elastic properties.

Thermoplastic TPO Membrane

Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a single-ply roofing membrane that is one of the fastest-growing commercial roofing systems on the market. TPO roofing systems are made up of a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim that can be used to cover flat roofs.
